Monday 19th June to end of July – Exhibition: Eye on Nature 2023

RTÉ and the National Botanic Gardens of Ireland with the Office of Public Works present Eye on Nature, Ireland’s prestigious national wildlife photography exhibition. These photographs represent the rich natural heritage that Ireland has to offer, showcasing our island’s biodiversity.  This year the exhibition is in collaboration with RTÉ’s Nationwide team along with RTÉ’s Mooney Goes Wild show on Radio One.  The ten finalist’s images will be on show outside in the Gardens until the end of July. The winner will be announced on RTÉ’s Nationwide team live on air on midsummer’s eve –  23rd June.  The winner will receive a trophy and a prize of €1,000. Come to visit and see the spectacular images in their wonderful outdoor gallery. Following its run at the Gardens, the exhibition will then travel to other OPW sites around Ireland, including Portumna Castle and Gardens where they shall be on show for the whole of August including Heritage Week (12-20th August 2023).
